Irate locals on Friday morning stormed lodge in Rubirizi , armed with Pangas and stones in an attempt to Lynch a Kenyan truck driver and a thigh vendor who had spent a warm night there together.
The horny driver was transiting to Congo but paused his journey at Rubirizi trading center where, as is their tradition, he picked up a thigh vendor who had camped at an open bar operating past curfew.
The two made their way to the lodge without knowing they were being watched by a few vigilant yet bitter locals who tipped off their colleagues.
The armed locals raided the lodge early morning banging doors and breaking window shields, however before they would reach the horny couple, police swung into action and rescued them.
Uganda now has to 74 with 46 recoveries and zero deaths.
On Thursday Uganda recorded the highest number of cases in a day of 11 people. All the 11 are said to be truck drivers with 6 from Tanzania and 5 from Kenya.
