Norbert Mao is the new TV darling and social media is taking hats off for him.

Democratic Party President Mao is a regular panelist on NBS Tv programme ‘Frontline’ which airs every Thursday at 10pm. The DP chief, a lawyer, sits along the show with government mouthpiece Ofwono Opondo and FDC envoy Salam Musumba.

Mao, a former  Makerere University Guild President has become very popular on the show. Many look forward to his witty opinions and use of metaphors and proverbs on the show.

Oscar Mugume took to Twitter to post: “Looking forward to listening to Norbert Mao in tonight’s ‘Frontline show’ on NBS Tv.”

Mao sent many into laughter when in the most recent show, he said: “The 10Bn is like an illegitimate child. The illegitimate child is innocent, but its caretakers (MPs) are guilty.”

Uncle Bob blew his top: “Face with tears of joy. Clever will kill this man! No wonder he was a Guild President Makerere University.”

Nakato Martha Clara, acknowledged: “I love how he speaks in Proverbs…..trying to avoid Sedition.”

Mao took the viewers off their seats when he cleverly blasted MPs: “you tell poor MPs to impitch M7 yet in these statement you know they failed to deal with Tumwine. You fail to chase a sick dog and you want to catch the lion alive.”

James Baguma, posted: “Smiling face with open mouth and cold sweat. I love this guys brilliant way of thinking.”

The DP President tickled viewers on MPs demanding respect from head of state when he said: “State house is guilty of multiple crimes against the budget but the Parliament has been dancing hand in hand with the State house.”

Victor Mutungi hailed: “Norbert Mao discusses at a level of presidency. His submissions are always based on principles and we need him as head of state house.”

Dennis Kahima took off his cap: “I just like the way  Norbert Mao articulates issues of national concern…. he is next to none.”

Mayanja Brian turned the volume on his TV: “This is the person I increase the volume when is speaking and also motivates me watching NBS Frontline show. Bravo Norbert Mao!!”

Ahabwe: “I absolutely love watching/listening to Norbert Mao his analogies are so accurate yet dressed so simply anyone can understand them!”

Andrew Agaba complimented: “I get good lessons whenever I listen to Norbert Mao, brilliant Gentleman he is!”

Arthur Nuwagaba Mirama opined: “Mao is good, DP Secretariat has not utilized his intelligence! They are busy fighting him.”

Emmanuel Mubangizi agreed: “Always Tap into his ingenuity for knowledge, wisdom and laughs.”

The DP man has a fan who would love to meet him as a birthday present.
