An evil 29year old Man has been detained for reportedly strangling and raping his 77-year -old biological Mother in a bush.
Evil Justus Byamukama a resident of Kashenyi village in Katerga parish, Kamuganguzi sub-county recently traveled from Kampala where he had been visiting.
He is said to have been high on narcotic drugs by the time he performed the gruesome act on his own biological mother.
Preliminary reports from police indicate that the shameless Son attacked his mother on Monday at 8 pm while on her way home from the Hakatusi trading center and dragged her to a nearby garden.
Byamukama started strangling her for fear she would raise an alarm before opening her nakedness and raping her.
Elly Maate the Kigezi region police mouthpiece says the frail old woman immediately ran to the LC 1 Kashenyi village to report the evil act, prompting police to search for Byamukama and effect an arrest.
Maate says police was timely in arresting the suspect as he survived lynching from an angry mob of residents,
