Singer Eddy Kenzo might have been remorseful while addressing his fans and irate People Power disciples during a Facebook live session on his page on Monday but he is still maintaining his word.
Kenzo says he doesn’t regret his utterances about Bobi Wine in a leaked phone conversation which has since made headlines. In the recorded conversation, he accused Bobi of looking on as his fans to insult and demean ‘Big artists’ who join him in the ‘political struggle’.
On Tuesday, the multi award winning champion held another press conference at Fairway Hotel in Kololo. While addressing the members of the press, he questioned and punched big holes in Bobi’s leadership potential.
” Most of his fans say ‘mbu Bobi tasobya’ but who is he? they always attack whoever tries to advise their man in a positive way. If you can’t control your abusive and disrespectful fans, how will you be able to control the army?”, he said.
“… Ever since i went in State House, i have been oppressed, insulted and demeaned by his fans as if i committed any crime. I wanted to talk to him one on one but he ignored me. I wanted him to tell his fans that Kenzo has no problem. Let him control his fans because he vying for the top office”, he added.
Bobi Wine will contest for presidency in the much anticipated 2021 general elections.
