The FUFA Dispute Resolution chamber has ordered former Express Fc captain Dissan Galiwango to return back the 15m received from his former bosses in November last year and charged him 10m for breaching the contract that he signed with Express Fc.

Therefore Dissan Galiwango is supposed to pay the Red Eagles 25m in total and if the player does not fulfill the above obligations, the committee has decided that the player will not get the license for the 2020-21 Startimes Uganda Premier League season.

Express Fc had a written agreement with Galiwango who was paid 15m by club chairman Kiryowa Kiwanuka to renew his contract.
