Jacob Ahimbisibwe, commonly known as DJ Jacob-Omutuuze, and one of the longest serving presenters on Dembe FM says he’s quit National Unity Platform to stand as Independent for Chairman LC III Bunamwaya Division.
Ahimbisibwe, however, says he will support the Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine in the 2021 presidential elections.
In an interview with Spark TV, Ahimbisibwe said some of his friends had started sending him support to boost his campaign.
One of the people who have supported him is multi-award winning musician, Edrisah Musuuza known by his stage name as Eddy Kenzo who gave him Shs5 million.
