Last season’s champions Vipers Sports Club have been drawn with Salim Jamal’s Al Hilal Omdurman in the preminary round stages of CAF Champions League.
The draws for the CAF Champions League and CAF Confederations Cup were conducted in Cairo, Egypt.
Vipers from Uganda and Al Hilal Omdurman will meet between 27th and 29th November before a second leg scheduled between 4th and 6th December 2020.
The winner after both legs will then qualify for the first round of the CAF Champions League to face the winner between Ghana’s Asante Kotoko and Nouadhibou FC.
It should be remembered that Vipers participated in the 2018-19 CAF Champions League where they fell to CS Constantine of Algeria 3-0 on aggregate.
