The NRM presidential candidate President Yoweri Museveni has blasted the opposition as an inexperienced lot that has no skill on national issues.
In one of his latest posts on social media, the NRM presidential candidate has revealed how he is not scared of his opponents, because they don’t reach anywhere close to his experience in the politics of Uganda.
Sevo has just concluded his campaign in the Bugisu region and is in Kapchorwa to meet with youth and NRM leaders in the region.
However, Museveni still has time to spare for his social media fans and critics. He writes;
“There is no opposition in Uganda which I cannot defeat. They have no track record of what they have done on national issues, so what are they opposing? I don’t see a group that has got a correct position in the politics of Uganda today that can defeat NRM” he said.
Sevo is Uganda’s longest-serving President who has been in power for 35 years since 1986.
Museveni is seeking the fifth term of reelection after legislators in 2017 voted to remove the age limit of 75, paving way for Museveni, to run for the presidency in 2021 general polls.
He recently launched his 2021-2026 Manifesto Securing your Future, that he is riding on during his campaigns while traversing the country.
