Uganda Cranes will return to action on Monday against Zambia for their second match in the Four Nations Pre-CHAN Tournament that also has hosts Cameroon and Niger.

Both teams played out scoring draws in their opening fixtures with Cranes’ match against Cameroon ending 1-1 while Zambia were held 3-3 by Niger.

Ahead of Monday’s match, it will be renewed football emotions for Zambia Head coach Milutin Micho Sredojevic as he faces his former employers Uganda Cranes now handled by his great friend Johnathan McKinstry.

While still in Uganda, Micho would watch literally every match irrespective of its competitiveness including non-league matches.

However Mckinstry will come face to face with Micho again, following another healthy football clash during the CECAFA Senior Challenge in 2015 hosted by Ethiopia. Micho was on the Uganda Cranes Side while McKinstry for Rwanda Mavubi Stars. It was a classic regional Final derby settled in Ethiopia.

At just 26 years, McKinstry scooped the Best Coach of the Tournament accolade while Micho with the trophy.
With the two coming face to face tomorrow, Mckinstry is not throwing out their friendship through the window but wants to keep it professional while Uganda Cranes walk out of the tunnel against the Zambians.
