NUP strongman Robert Kyagulanyi has asked fellow musicians to come out and strongly defend their comrade Ali Bukeni aka Nubian Li who has been jailed on remand.
Bobi wine’s right-hand man was thrown into jail alongside his private bodyguard Eddy Ssebufu aka Eddie Mutwe at the Makindye Military barracks in Kampala.
Addressing a presser on Friday morning at his residence, Bobi asked Musicians and artists to put up a spirited fight and demand for justice of their fellow artist, the way it was done with Nigerian star Omah Lay.
He says artists should use their voices to fight for justice for their fellow artists.
At least 46 supporters and campaign team members of Bobi wine including Nubian li and Eddy Mutwe are to appear before the general court-martial.
The team had remained jailed being guarded by armed soldiers, despite being granted bail on Monday, they were however released on Thursday evening by Masaka Chief Magistrate Charles Yeteise.
However, on Thursday evening Bobi’s 2 confidants were reportedly diverted to the Makindye military barracks on orders from above , pending their appearance at the general court-martial on Friday.
