A vicious fire has ravaged the royal form mattress factory in Banda, Kampala destroying property worth millions of shillings.
The fire that reportedly started as early as 7 am gutted through the factory’s basement, under unclear circumstances.
Workers were seen panicking to quell the fire using water but the flames were not a match.
By press time police had rushed to the scene after being alerted and has been battling the wild flames
