Losing an election is something that all contestants in an election cycle should be prepared for atleast psychologically but the mental stress and disorder that comes with not being entrusted the powers that be often sees many behave in a way that doesn’t suit a normal person.
Of course most of the extreme reactions stem from the fact that many a times the losers gave in more than what they can afford to loose in terms of money,time and emotions.
In the same related vein a man in Wakiso District that had stood for the position of councilor LC.3 almost fought with security operatives after loosing out his sit to a young and upcoming politician in the National Unity Platform.
Perhaps after injecting in millions of money and sacrificing majority of his property in favouir of an election, the old experienced politician just couldn’t believe that he had lost his position to a young NUP candidate.
In a way of showing his frustration, the man in question attacked EC officails together with his wife and then together rolled on the flow crying while alleadging the votes had been rigged.
After almost 30 minutes of the unpaid for drama, the man was whisked by police operative and driven to an unknown destination.
