The month of January was filled with mind blowing news after it was reported that the retired Archbishop of the Church of Uganda was suspended from church over adultery charges.

Details extracted from a letter dated January 13, 2021 from the Archbishop of the Church of Uganda Most. Rev. Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu, it was revealed that Ntagali had been accused of having an extra-marital affair with a married woman and that Ntagali himself had acknowledged the act.

“This adultery is a grievous betrayal on many levels. Retired Archbishop Ntagali has betrayed his Lord and Saviour, his wife and their marriage vows, as well as the faith of many Ugandans and global Christians who looked up to him to live the faith he proclaimed,” the letter sent to the Anglican Bishops under the Global Anglican Future Conference (GAFCON) reads in part.

It was also reported that the woman who Ntagali had committed adultery with had for a long time held the man of God to ransom with threats that she might leak his nude pictures if he failed to give her one of his mansions.

Threatened by her demands, the man of God gave over one of his mansions to the Ruth  and below is one of the big Bungalows Natagali gave in to protect  his name from public shame.
