Tanzanian first rising musician Ravanny has praised Ugandan singer Weasel for being an inspiration to a generation of young artists.
In an interview with NTV Uganda, Ravanny said he grew up listening to Goodlyfe music. He named them as his favorite musicians in East Africa and he continues to have a good relationship with Weasel.
“Weasel is an inspiration to many of us who just joined the industry. I grew up listening to that duo and I still enjoy their music. I was the one who approached him for a collaboration,” he said.
Weasel and Ravanny released the mix of Zuena’s song last week.
