Former presidential candidate John Katumba spared time off his work schedule and passed by MTN Omondi stadium where KCCA FC banged Kitara FC 4-0 to move to a 6th position on the table.
John Katumba who got 0.36% commonly known as “Katumba Oyee” in the politics circles surprised fans as he entered the stadium’s gate to watch a league game the first of its kind in the season.
KCCA Fans acting chairperson Sophie Najjemba was spotted taking Katumba where the club merchandise is sold but unfortunately only blue jerseys were in stock and the former presidential candidates was interested in taking the yellow jersey.
A brace from defender Peter Magambo and a goal each from Bright Anukani and Kigozi Samson is all KCCA FC needed to get past Kitara FC in a league game played at MTN-Omondi Stadium Lugogo.
KCCA FC’s next league game will be away to Busoga United whereas Relegation candidates Kitara fc will play on-form Express fc and both games will takeplace on Tuesday.
