Rema must be sweating after JESA signs Sheebah
Singer Sheebah Karungi’s deal with JESA diary farm has finally materialized after weeks of speculations.
According to reports, the Diary company had chosen not to renew Rema contract even when Mukyala Musaawo performed her ambassadorial role remarkably.
Sources suggested that one of the stumbling broke that had flopped the negotiation between JESA bosses and Rema was Hamza Sebunya. Apparently the bosses wanted to add Hamza as bonus on to Ambassadorial role without coughing more dime, something that Rema couldn’t stomach.
However JESA through its official Facebook page came out and shed more light about the same subject. It claimed that Rema was still part of them and had no intentions of dumping her.
“…JESA would like to state that we have not dropped Rema as an Ambassador. We have a wonderful working relationship with this brilliant Ugandan artiste and look forward to continue this partnership for the foreseeable future…”, The statement partly read.
But after a few months, they hired rapper Fik Fameica and added him to the Ambassadorial team. Apparently Fameica was paid handsomely to put pen to paper.
Now today Friday, Sheebah has been unveiled by the same company which had denied him. Sources say, JESA bosses are sketching for ways to squeeze Rema out.
The Team No Sleep lead singer has already confirmed the deal through his socials;
“Welcome AUNTY JESA to the @jesadairy Train
Cheers to the beginning of a new adventure!”, she posted.
Sheebah’s close pals tip us that the Nakyuka hit star has been also given millions on cash for this deal to happen.
But Where does this leave Mukyala Musaawo, Rema? Has she been completely replaced by Sheebah and Fik Fameica? When Fameica was appointed, she rushed to her socials and welcomed him to the team.
