Horny Police Cop rapes woman
Police in Moroto are holding a constable for forcefully bonking a helpless woman at a police post.
Corporal Moses Steven Ebu got arrested after the distressed woman filed a complaint at Moroto central police station.
The woman whose identity has been withheld claims she approached Corporal Ebu for help at the Camp Swahili police post.
The woman wanted police to help her trace missing relatives in Moroto.

Samuel Abura, one of the Boda Bodas riders in Moroto Municipality told police that he heard a woman crying at around 3 am when he was carrying a passenger for help but didn’t know what was going on.
”I thought maybe that was one of the women in the cells because most times those women that police arrest always cry in the cells,” he said.
David Kaunda, the Moroto District Police Commander has not yet commented as he could neither pick nor return calls from our reporter.
