During an interview with local television, singer Wycliffe Tugume aka Ykee Benda revealed his relationship with baby mama Julie Batenga is no more after things between them have totally failed to workout.
Ykee says they are however co-parents now.
“I still have alot to understand on my relationship with mama Dante, that’s all I can say as of now. I respect her because she is the mother of my child and I won’t turn her into a talking stock. I’m into other things,” Ykee said.
In January 2018, the boy from Kireka alleged that Julie had left him heartbroken when she left his home the first time. He said all his efforts to make her stay were futile.
Julie left her nine months marriage with the “Singa” hitmaker when she was pregnant with Dante.
According to Ykee Benda, he got tired of going to Julie’s mother to check on his son hence inviting her to his home where they reunited again but unfortunately just after a few months of staying together, the couple decided to call it quits again.
Ykee was introduced by Julie to her parents on Mukono in a private traditional Kukyala ceremony which was attended by close relatives and friends of the couple.
