Less than a week ago, Mpaka Records boss Ykee Benda released his collabo with a new duo in town, Ugaboys dubbed “Gimme”.

Ugaboys are signed to Black Market Records. They released music using other publishers, distributors something which meant that they had breached their 7-year contract.

One of the Black Market Records bosses Billy Ocean says he will take legal action against Ykee Benda and UgaBoys for breach of contract.

This is after receiving an ultimatum to delete the music from their Youtube Channel.

By press time, Mpaka Records boss Ykee Benda had kept mute about the issue.
