The Speaker of parliament has ordered Mps without COVID-19 results to attend proceedings from a separate tent at Kololo ceremonial grounds.

Speaker Jacob Oulanyah made the pronouncement after several opposition Mps raised a point of order concerning their colleagues being locked out .

Dokolo Woman Mp Cecillia Ogwal raised an alarm ,asking the speaker to accept the mp’s attend parliament actively despite the absence of their results .

This comes after Parliament turned into a temporal market this morning after a section of National Unity Platform-NUP MP’S failed to receive their COVID-19 test results.

As part of the prerequisites to attend parliament session,all the 529 MP’s of the 11th parliament are supposed to be tested for COVID 19.

The Mp’s 1st arrived at parliamentary building to pick their results by 10 am,before proceeding to Kololo Ceremonial grounds but they were missing.

The fumming Mp’s concluded that it was a deliberate act for them to miss the 3rd seating of the August house ,considering parliament is moving motion to discuss an increase on members in cabinet ,besides vetting the Prime minister and Vice president.

However the clerk to parliament advised the Mps to board the parliamentary Bus to Kololo .

Parliament is discussing a motion to add 1 minister in charge of the elderly to the cabinet in addition to vetting Hon Jessica Alupo and Robinah Nabbanga as Vice president and Prime minister respectively..

Later , a 44.7 trillion shillings budget for the Financial year 2021/2022 will be read.
