Singer Akothee is living her dream. The award-winning songbird Saturday offered a glimpse of her picturesque model home, where she is currently spending time with her family, in Rongo, Migori County.
Taking to Instagram to flaunt her sprawling estate fitting of paradise, Akothee offered a sneak peek of her palm-studded backyard which boasts resort-style landscaping, stunning checkered pool and turret-shaped gazebos.
The stunning holiday retreat, said to be worth over UGX 900 million and reportedly accommodating every luxury needed by the chanteuse, who is arguably the richest female artist in East Africa, is an investment project with a secret – economic comfort and security.
She explained: “Owning a home is more than just hype; it’s the gateway to long-term and short-term financial success… Homeownership can lead to building your personal wealth due to home equity, or fair market value, which likely increase over time based on both the real estate market and any renovations you make to your home. Any investments you pump into your home is not lost. And when you build a home, you have to maintain it to increase its value. May God bless you with a home in 2021.”
