CCTV camera captures panga-wielding thugs breaking & entering into Buziga home

CCTV cameras caught hooded thugs armed with machetes breaking into a home in Buziga area in Makindye Division, Kampala.

Police investigations indicate that at 4am on Sunday, a group of four men armed with pangas and breaking implements jumped over a perimeter fence and accessed the premises of a yet-to-be-identified local in the Buziga area.

The premises that look huge and well guarded have CCTV cameras installed not only in the compound but also inside the house.

In the video shared massively on social media, a group of four men can be seen scouting the premises and looking for a possible entry into the house. When they eventually gain access into the home, they can be seen flashing beaming torches as the first peep into and quickly search the kitchen area before proceeding down a corridor into other rooms away from the camera’s eye.

They tiptoe from one room to another, brandishing their sharp pangas as they move about. The CCTV cameras continue to capture their movements as they struggle to force their way through a metallic barrier from one section of the house into another.

In the end, the video shows a vividly terrified lady who seems to have been ordered to lay flat on the kitchen floor with her face down as the robbers execute their mission.

It is alleged that these thugs asked the owner for money which he did have and later hacked him leaving him unconscious.  additional reports do inform us that the owner is currently admitted at IHK and nursing serious injuries.
