Towards the end of last week, songwriter Black Skin was remanded to Kitalya Government prison over defamation.

Black Skin will spend a fortnight in Kitalya before being returned to court for further mention of his case.

This came after falling out with his old friend Bebe Cool who he had accused of failing to clear balance for his “Gyenvudde” song before he went on to drop the song.

Since the songwriter was sent to Kitalya, musicians like Kalifa Aganaga, Vampino have been asking the Gagamel boss to pardon the singer but he is up to date reluctant.

By press time, Bebe Cool was still reluctant to have a say on the case.

Why was Black Skin arrested?

The songwriter fell out with Bebe Cool after the latter reportedly breached the agreement they had set which denied Bebe Cool the rights to release the ‘Gyenvudde’ song without fully completing payment.
