Buwekula had dominated the first first half of the game with a good possession and looked a better side up to the 60th minute when they conceded.
Danger man and Captain Shafic Kakande also got a clear opportunity to put his side in the lead but failed to capitalize on defenders Lukwaho and Aluka mistake when they collided close to the end of the first half.
Buddu had two opportunities to score a first half goal but midfielder Ayiman Twaha missed a header in the 18th minute and Sengendo had missed the first chance of the game in the first minute.
Shortly after Micheal Abura missed the best chance for Buwekula Masaza veteran Marvin Kavuma scored for Buddu with a well struck header off Gideon Odongo well crafted freekick.
Bogere has won Buddu the second Masaza title as coach after winning it for them in 2016. Buddu has joined Ssingo and Bulemeezi among the two time Masaza Cup winners.
It is only record winners Gomba with 5 titles and Mawokota with 3 titles that have won it more times than Buddu, Ssingo and Bulemeezi.
