Micho summons 11

Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin Sredojevic has included eleven StarTimes FUFA Big League players in his 24-man squad to face Kampala Region Select Team on Saturday, 16th April 2022 at St. Mbaga Major Seminary, Ggaba.

The squad which was summoned on Thursday by Micho is a blend of StarTimes Uganda Premier League and StarTimes FUFA Big League players.

Of the 11 Big league players, three come from Kataka, two from Calvary, Kyetume and Proline while Ndejje University has one player on the summoned team.

Aziz Kayondo and Musa Ramathan have also been summoned by Micho despite their pending transfer to MFK Vyskov.

According to FUFA, the team will assemble at Cranes Paradise Hotel in Kisaasi on Friday morning and will have a trial match against a Buganda Masaza Select Side in the evening at Kabaka
Kyabaggu Stadium, Wakiso.

This is to prepare the team ahead of the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers and 2023 African Nations Championship.
