Media personality and events emcee, Brian Mulondo, has joined Multichoice Uganda.

According to a social media post he shared recently, Mulondo will be working as the Local Content Marketing Manager at MultiChoice Uganda.

“Folks, I am pleased to inform you that I have been appointed as the Local Content Marketing Manager at Multichoice Uganda (DStv Uganda and GOtv Uganda).

I am humbled by the trust and the responsibility that has been handed to me. Looking forward to serving,” Mulondo said in a post.

Established in 1994, MultiChoice Uganda has made an estimated US$150 million contribution to the national economy and has spurred rapid growth in the film and video-entertainment sector by commissioning some 10,000 hours of locally-produced content.

Rooted in Ugandan society, MultiChoice Uganda is 100% owned by MultiChoice Africa Holdings. Customers have a choice of five packages delivered via the DStv satellite platform with a total of over 140 channels as well as three packages via the GOtv digital terrestrial (DTT) service.

Mulondo, also a media personality working with one of the radio stations in the city, will be earning a fat salary at MultiChoice.

Meanwhile, Mulondo, together with the queen of comedy, Anne Kansiime, were the pioneer hosts of the popular daily show Minibuzz. The show, which aired on NTV, discussed news, current affairs, and issues that affect the lives and communities of random commuters.
