Frank Kalanda has completed his move to Stanbic Uganda Cup champions BUL FC. The former Police and Express forward joins the Eastern Giants on a two-year employment contract until June 2024.

He becomes the first official signing for the Alex Isabirye’s coached side in the transfer window and more signings are expected to join the Eastern giants.

“Being part of the biggest clubs in Busoga and Uganda at large is exciting,” Kalanda told BUL website immediately after putting pen to paper.

“I am so thankful for this opportunity given by the club and coach Alex Isabirye; and I am willing to work with the entire technical team, management, teammates, and fans altogether.”

“Putting up good performances is all i target in my career to score lots of goals that will help the team achieve more success.”

Apart from Express and Police, Kalanda has also featured for URA, Tooro United and AS Kigali in Rwanda.

BUL FC will play in next season’s CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round after defeating Vipers SC in the Uganda Cup final.
