Manchester United have been interested in signing Sergej Milinkovic-Savic for quite some time and I am glad his name is back in the limelight.

Red Devils must sign the Serbian international to strengthen the midfield department this summer.

Man United are moving in to sign the Lazio star, who was in fantastic form last term under the guidance of former Chelsea boss, Maurizio Sarri.

After getting snubbed by Frenkie de Jong, the Old Trafford outfit are now charging to lure Milinkovic-Savic.

The renowned Italian news source have mentioned that the Serie A side are looking to get around 70 million euros (£59.5million) from the sale of the former Genk man, who has served the club in the past 7 years.

Last season, the 27-year-old was arguably the best midfielder in Italy. He is surely one of the most creative midfielders around. The Serbian netted 11 goals and provided as many assists in the Italian league.

For the senior national side, so far, he has scored 6 goals and provided 7 assists in 37 appearances. Milinkovic-Savic was a key member of the squad that booked a place in the World Cup finals.

However, it is reported that if Man United launch a serious attack, things could get complicated
