Over 300 performers have been lined up for the much anticipated 2022 Nyege Nyege Festival slated to happen at Itanda Falls, Jinja from 15th to 19th September.
After three years of no-show, the Talent Africa-organszed event Nyege Nyege Festival is back, and with a bang!
TAG announced that the event has changed venue to Itanda Falls, Jinja to give revellers a wonderful experience that they have never experienced before.
“Itanda Falls will be the venue for Nyege Nyege for the next five years. It will live up to its reputation, as the most adventurous and amazing party on Planet Earth,” the festival co-founder Derek Debru told NBS TV in May.
The artists doing different genres, selected from across the African continent will showcase their art at different stages set up at Itanda Falls.
Nyegeville will be a city within a festival where revellers will be treated to 5-star camping and glamping facilities, including small lodges overlooking the Nile, experiential camping that will include everything from hot showers to morning yoga classes, safe lockers, and a private beach.
Nyegeville will bring a top-class accommodation experience at the festival letting revellers have the best of their time.
This year’s Nyege Nyege Festival is slated to happen from September 15th to September 18th, 2022.
