Arsenal to continue 100% start

Arsenal come into the game on the back of a comfortable 3-0 win at Bournemouth last weekend. The Gunners started the match strongly and were 2-0 up after only 11 minutes and added a third goal 9 minutes into the second half to claim the points.

That was the third successive victory for Arsenal in the Premier League this season. They started the campaign with a trick away fixture at Crystal Palace but came away with a good 2-0 win and followed that with an impressive 4-2 victory over Leicester City at the Emirates Stadium.

Trends show Arsenal have a good record of 16 undefeated games in their last 19 home encounters in the Premier League.

Fulham make the short trip to the Emirates Stadium having suffered a disappointing 2-0 defeat at the hands of League Two Crawley Town on Tuesday night. Fulham did not play a full strength team but would have expected a much better performance, especially against a team three divisions below them in the English pyramid.

However, Fulham have made a promising start on their return to the Premier League and they recorded their first win of the season last weekend.

The Cottagers beat Brentford 3-2 at home and started the game well, scoring 2 goals inside the opening 20 minutes. Brentford came back and scored two goals of their own but Fulham scored the winner in the 90th minute to take maximum points.

The win over Brentford extended Fulham’s unbeaten start to the season following draws with Liverpool at home and Wolverhampton Wanderers away. Trends show both teams have scored in 4 of Fulham’s last six away Premier League matches.

Arsenal to continue 100% start

Team news and Arsenal have only one injury doubt, with Reiss Nelson suffering from a muscle problem. They are likely to go with the same starting XI from last weekend.

Fulham are without the injured trio of Neeskens Kebano, Manor Solomon, and Harry Wilson. They also have doubts over the fitness of Joe Bryan.
