Fik Fameica lavishes praise on Bobi Wine during his successful concert

Popstar turned opposition honcho, Bad Bobi Wine spared time off his busy schedule and graced rapper Fik Fameica‘s concert at Hotel Africana.

The highly billed concert was Fik Fameica’s first successful concert in a space of 4 years, after registering a flop with his maiden concert at Kyadondo Rugby grounds, which nearly made him quit music, with money lenders calling for his head.

Commonly known as Fresh Buoy, a Kawempe ghetto yut, who rose to stardom with his unrivalled lyrics, punchlines and wordplay, he can afford to smile again.

Revellers started flowing in as early as 5PM and by 8PM, the concert venue was already filled up to the brim, with the Deejay and curtain-raising MCs, led by Evelyn Mic, working the youthful crowd.

Bobi and Barbie’s vibrant grand entrance:

Holding Barbie’s hand firmly, as usual, soon after stepping into the building, Bobi Wine’s presence was vibrant, with his security detail headed by the thick bearded Eddy Mutwe, paving way for the former presidential aspirant, who finished second (2nd) in the 2021 general elections.

Soon after, “Bobi Bobi Bobi” chant started ringing across Hotel Africana, with those in the VVIP section, hustling for selfies as they shouted; “Pulezidenti, Omubanda, Fadha“ and all those glorifying titles, at the top of their voices.

Artistes such as Martha Mukisa, Kabako, Roden Y, Sheebah, among others raised the curtain before the man of the moment, Fik Fameica stepped onto the stage, amidst deafening cheers. Clad in white suit, the 26-year-old rapper first performed his old jams, supported by Wembly Mo’s dancers who pulled magnificent dance strokes.
