Why Man of God Pastor Senyonga should be exonerated
These days almost every week the media is awash with stories of religious leaders doing funny and unbelievable acts to their followers.
Some go to the extreme, harming them both physically and even emotionally. Last month bishop kibuuka was arrested for harshly clobbering his 14-year-old follower and usher in his church for allegedly stealing UGX 40000.
In Hoima a so called prophet of God a one Kintu Denis was seen in a video which ran viral on social media beating his followers for allegedly being disobedient now this week another pastor in Seguku Geoffrey Ssemwogerere, pastor at New Jerusalem Church in Seguku, Wakiso district who Police nabbed while he had chained his victims inside his church for at least six weeks without adequate food and water.
The victims included men, women, and children. For whatever reasons these so-called men of God do all these things, no one can believe that they are rooted in the Bible.
For years now pastor Jackson Senyonga of Makerere- Kavule based Christian life church in Kampala has been warning Ugandans to be aware of such so called men of God and that they are false prophets, but many people including these crooks thought these were infightings among Pastors. But since his warnings are becoming manifest, Pastor Senyonga must and should then be vindicated.
