A renowned pastor in Fort Portal City has mesmerized his flock and locals after sitting Primary Leaving Examinations at Kyabenda Primary School in Kahunge Town Council Kamwenge District.
Kanyankole,44, is a Senior Pastor at Kahunge Christian Fellowship Church and the Director of Wendi Driving School in Fort Portal city.
He is among 74 candidates sitting their Primary Leaving Examinations at Kyabenda Primary School .
Kanyankole claims to hold a Diploma in Theological and Bible studies, and a diploma in driving and mechanics from the Directorate of Industrial Training.
He, however, states that he realized that without the foundation of Primary education, there is something he was lacking.
He says that after attaining his PLE certificate, he hopes to continue with secondary education.
Livingstone Kasigwa, the Primary Seven Class teacher, says that Kanyankole has been a dedicated learner who would consult and ask for guidance in everything. He adds that despite his age, he was disciplined and respectful to his teachers and fellow learners.
In 2020, Kanyankole contested for the Kahunge Town council LC III Chairperson’s NRM party ticket and lost.
