Hoima man who beheaded 9-month-old child lynched
An irate mob has on Wednesday lynched a man in Hoima city on allegations of beheading his 9-month-old child.
Peter Musana, a resident of Kiryatete West Cell in Hoima East Division chopped off the head of his biological son identified as Moris Ayebale on Sunday at his residence in Kiryatete village. He reportedly used a machete to chop off the child’s head before fleeing.
His wife and mother to the child Maureen Nyakato claimed Musana entered the room where the child was sleeping and beheaded her.

Musana was sighted by a group of boda-boda riders along Bunyoro Kitara Street. They pounced on him and beat him using stones and sticks.
Godfrey Mucwa, the Secretary for Defense says that the police were alerted but could not do much to save his life.
William Donanto Kasigazi, the Resident City Commissioner-RCC in charge of Hoima East division said that Musana should have been handed over to the police.
