Just 24 hours after gospel stars, Desire Luzinda and Levixone dazzled fans with their fairytale introduction ceremony, the singer’s past has come storming back in the form of her outspoken ex, Juma Seiko.

The retired army officer and wealthy businessman, now living in Gulu, is reigniting a years-long battle over the paternity of Desire’s teenage daughter, Mitchelle Kaddu.

Speaking in an on Wednesday morning, Seiko made it clear he hasn’t moved on from one thing but not the romance, but the blood ties.

“She knows that I have a bond with her. It has nothing to do with love; that chapter was closed,” Seiko declared. “But that child is mine. Why has she refused a DNA test?”

Seiko says he has been pushing Desire to agree to paternity testing, claiming she dodged an agreement with her lawyers and even avoided bringing Mitchelle from school for the process. The ex insists he has receipts including personal messages between him and Desire from as far back as 2003 to prove his case.

And he’s not backing down.

“Even when you look into her eyes, you see me,” he said. “This will never end. I’m ready to pay for everything it takes to prove she’s my daughter.”

The twist? Back in 2018, Desire publicly stated that Mitchelle’s father was a man named Kaddu, breaking her long silence on the subject.

Now, as the gospel queen basks in her new engagement glow, the shadow of a bitter DNA dispute threatens to steal the spotlight.

Will this end in peace, proof… or more public drama?
