Songstress Aroma has finally broken her silence after facing a wave of online criticism following a wardrobe mishap that happened during her weekend performance.
The Yoola hitmaker, famous for her bold stage outfits and high-energy shows, lit up the Brave Girls Festival held on October 11, at Kati Kati Grounds. The crowd went wild as she performed her hit songs but the night took a turn after a video from her performance began circulating online, showing her shorts giving way mid-performance.
The viral clip, which quickly made its rounds on social media, appeared to expose more than Aroma intended sparking a flurry of comments, jokes, and criticism from fans and trolls alike. Some even claimed she wasn’t wearing any underwear, fueling the frenzy even further.

However, Aroma wasn’t about to let the online noise bring her down. Taking to TikTok, the former TNS singer hit back at her critics with a fiery response that left no doubt she’s unbothered.
“I see y’all tagging me in that one video but kilabika temulina maaso,” she wrote. “Anyway, regardless, we move.”
Her bold response has divided fans, with some applauding her confidence and others insisting she should “tone it down” on stage. But if there’s one thing Aroma has made clear, it’s that she’s not apologizing for being herself.
