Police in Mpigi are investigating a ruthless father in Namasawo village, Buwama town council for repeatedly defiling his 13-year-old daughter.
The father of 3 children aged 5, 4, and 13 years is identified as Senoga Joseph and is currently behind police cells.
Fred Enanga the police mouthpiece says the 13-year old who was in unbearable pain couldn’t keep her father’s evil actions to herself and decided to report the matter to her grandmother.
The shocked grandmother upon searching the child realized that her genitals were torn and seemingly damaged then immediately took the matter to the local council authorities.
He says Senoga has been arrested on charges of aggravated defilement as police continue with investigations including subjecting the 13-year-old to medical tests.

The incident happened in Kasubi Kamu village when the 12-year-old was sent on the errand alongside her younger brother.
The suspect only identified as Sam reportedly met the kids on their way to fetch the grass and convinced the children to follow him to a place where they would get rich grass for the cow.
However halfway along the journey, Sam stopped at a random garden and chased away her young brother before dragging the child to his house and defiling her.
According to the Penal code Amendment Act 2007, any person who performs a sexual act with another person who is below the age of eighteen years commits a felony called aggravated defilement and is, on conviction by the High Court, liable to suffer death.
