Today afternoon, the court sent Nigerian superstars Oma Lay, Temi their manager, and four other Ugandans behind bars for staging a show that violated the COVID-19 SOPs.
The superstar duo of Oma Lay and Temi was remanded to Kitalya and Kigo Prisons respectively.
They were accused of negligently doing acts likely to spread infectious diseases C/S 171 of the Penal Code Act.
They are set to appear before Makindye Court on Wednesday, 16th December 2020.
However, the shocking news is that revellers who bought tickets will get tracked, netted and sent behind bars for violating COVID-19 SOPs.
