While appearing on National TV to try and explain why it was necessary for the Uganda Police to arrest and detain two Nigerian artists Omahley and Tems after the duo broadly violated the Covid-19 set guidelines over the weekend , Bebe Cool confused his followers by using his long time rival Bobi Wine as a unique example to justify their arrest.

Boldly answering a question from NBS TV presenter Lord Kaiz on whether it was a right for the  Police to arrest the two Nigerian singers after the pair were part of an event that violated the strict Covid-19 guidelines, Bebe Cool said if a person like Bobi Wine can get arrested then it should send a strong signal to every artist who breaks the law.

”Well every one must obey the law no matter who you are. If a person like Bobi Wine who is a fully fledged presidential candidate can get nominated then who is Tems and Omahleh” Bebe Cool said while trying to defend Police’s action in trying  to enforce law and order

Of course Bebe Cool’s example of arresting Bobi Wine sat in well with his explanations but the pick on his nemsis might have left many of his fans baffled
