Nabilah Naggayi Sempala, Kampala Woman MP, is running for lord mayor on the National Unity Platform –NUP ticket is thought to make Lukwago and others sweat plasma on polling day considering a sweeping wave of victory in the presidential and parliamentary polls on Thursday last week.
NUP parliamentary candidates enjoyed a commanding win in parts of central Uganda after voters ticked the umbrella sign.
But despite this, candidates have refused to bow to that pressure and believe they will be voted for differently in the local government elections.
Lukwago,’’ Omuloodi’’ believes he has what it takes to win this election for a third term and the people of Kampala will vote for him based on what he has delivered.
