The NRM party is blowing a wind of hope for its losers in the recently concluded parliamentary elections to prepare for victory in the next general polls come 2026.
Addressing the media at a party secretariat on Sunday, the Secretary-General, Justine Kasule Lumumba assured the losers of hope for them to defeat their opponents on the party ticket in a few year’s time.
Lumumba reiterated the statements of the party chairman Yoweri Museveni, hailing them for working towards the well-being of the NRM party, advising his members not to lose hope and guarantying that they will be taken care of.

‘’Whether you‘ve won or lost, you contributed to the success of the NRM up to today, we recognize their work as members of parliament and we called on them that if you lost, prepare yourself for 2026 because every 5 years we shall have elections, so even if you lost, go back and practice and train like footballers as you wait for the next season which is 2026’’Lumumba says
