Musician cum politician Eddy Yawe had a housewarming party for his newly finished mansion located on Kireka hill, Kampala over the weekend.
Discussing his journey of owning a home, Eddy Yawe narrated that he wanted to put up a simple house but when he set eyes on Sheebah’s mansion located in Munyonyo, he got motivated to adjust his project.
He consulted the engineers who turned the house into a storeyed house.
The musician completed the house after 6 to 7 years. He thanks God that he can finally have peaceful nights without thinking of ways to raise money for materials. The house boasts of many luxurious facilities including a helipad and swimming pool.
“I have spent 6 -7 years constructing this house. Originally, It was not a storeyed flat but because I was challenged by Sheebah, I adjusted the design,” he said in an interview with Sanyuka TV on Tuesday morning.
Eddy Yawe also confirmed that he hasn’t given up on his political ambition, he will always avail himself when the need arises.
