Fans of the WWE can gear up for another thrilling week of action on SuperSport, with live airings of the NXT, SmackDown and Raw shows running from Wednesday 26 January to Tuesday 1 February 2022.

The action begins on the morning of Wednesday 26 January with WWE NXT Episode 653. Cameron Grimes has declared his intention to claim championship gold in the year 2022.
“Who else but old Cameron Grimes showed up in a spaceship coup and wearing a butler’s suit,” said the superstar. “From the highest of highs to the lowest of lows, I went from cutting grass to kicking a**. It’s time I create my own legacy. Maybe I should stop chasing so much green… maybe in 2022 I start chasing gold. Twenty-twenty-two the moon!”
Saturday 29 January brings Episode 1171 of WWE SmackDown. Charlotte Flair, the WWE SmackDown Women’s champion, has declared her intention to take the unusual step of entering the Royal Rumble, in the hope that she will win the event and then choose to give someone a title opportunity at WrestleMania.
“I’d love to give Naomi an opportunity to face me in the main event of WrestleMania… or anybody else. It doesn’t matter who it is, just know that this is but another chapter being written in ‘The Queen’s’ legacy.”
Tuesday 1 February will feature Episode 1497 of WWE Raw. Edge and his wife Beth Phoenix have challenged long-time rivals The Miz and Maryse to a mixed tag-team match at the Royal Rumble… in hopes that they will settle their feud once and for all.
“I knew that you’d whine and complain and make every excuse in the book,” said Edge to The Miz after a victory at WWE Day 1 early this month. “My idea is this… we’re gonna give you what you want: The Miz and Maryse, the ‘it’ couple’, versus the ‘Rated R Superstar’ and ‘The Glamazon’, the ‘grit’ couple, at the Royal Rumble. Whaddya say?”
