An army General has ‘invited’ singer Douglas Mayanja alias Weasel to join the Uganda Peoples Defense Forces (UPDF) if he has too much energy to spare.
Weasel has been in the news lately for allegedly battering his baby mama, Sandra Teta.
Without revealing any names, the UPDF Land Forces Commander, Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, tweeted early this morning, castigating women beaters.
“We as African men must learn that beating a woman is the worst form of cowardice!” the 3-star general tweeted.
He added: “If as a man you feel you have too much energy, please join the UPDF. We will teach you what fighting means!”
