The current battle between singers: Eddy Kenzo and Bobi Wine has put musicians either in the yellow or red corner.
Kenzo is the President of the newly formed federation of musicians. Bobi Wine is an artiste and the Party President of the National Unity Platform.
Recently, while addressing mourners in Nkozi at the funeral of Kato Lubwama, Bobi made some statements which some industry players may have taken out of context, either intentionally or ignorantly.
According to Bobi Wine, having artists work with the government will in any case turn them into beggars.
