Businessman Amos Nzeyi told court he lost his temper when the man who dragged him to court Nazim Moosa referred to him as ‘so, so big’.
Nzeyi is accused by Mossa and the family of Daniel Mugwanya for selling the Land he did not own.

The businessman appeared Wednesday before the Land Probe Commission headed by Catherine Bamugemereire in Kampala.
Nzeyi spent a couple of minutes to explain himself before denying any wrong doing in the sale of 366.2 acres of land at 11billion to NSSF in the conversation below.
Amos Nzeyi: They said I am so big. I am size 34, waist 38 with chest. How can they say I am so big?
Amos Nzeyi: I am not very big. I have been 70Kg for the last 38 years.
Amos Nzeyi: How can he say? I am not a bouncer. That annoyed me.
Amos Nzeyi: The lease matter ought to have gone to the people who sold to me because I was not involved.
Amos Nzeyi: I was not there. I have nothing to do with the lease
Amos Nzeyi: I did not buy the lease. I bought the property, a freehold
Amos Nzeyi: I have been on the land until 2008 when I sold it to National Social Security Fund
Amos Nzeyi: I have never had anybody complaining about the said land. Never!
Amos Nzeyi: Nobody has ever approached me in those 15 years
