News reaching our desk indicate that Kyadondo East member of parliament Robert Kyagulanyi has been charged with treason.
Kyagulanyi joins other legislators like Kasiano wadri who were charged with the capital offence following violent incidents which transpired in Arua District on the 13th of August where the president’s car was smashed with stones by a rowdy crowd
