A Member of Parliament has reported to the Speaker of Parliament her life is in danger after reportedly being trailed by unknown people in a car.
MP Nakayenze Connie Galiwango is the woman representative of Mbale Municipality in the August House.
MP Nakayenze Connie told the Deputy Speaker Jacob Oulanyah that she fears for her life.
She rose to the floor of Parliament during plenary and said: “I have been followed by these unknown people in a car.”
The Mbale MP added: “I feel my life is in danger. But I know God is on my side and with God everything is possible.”
