A woman stormed Protea Hotel in Kampala leaving participants dialoguing on Uganda’s Tax policy perplexed on live TV.
Donning green pair of shorts and a red top, the an unidentified girl withdrew the microphone from the moderator and asked to be heard.
On top of her voice she shouted out in anger about her frustrations with state minister for finance for planning, David Bahati in attendance.
Efforts by woman activist, former minister Miria Matembe to calm her down failed miserably.
Organisers were forced to switch off her microphone and live TV went off to save the day.
