Dr. Kizza Besigye has opened up on the ongoing political atmosphere.
Opposition and government are on the crossroads after the chaotic Arua by-election that left some MPs beaten and admitted.
Dr. Besigye who hasn’t been in the thick of it, has added his voice to the situation.
